And in the south, especially deep south, you will find that lot rents can be insanely low.

Some things you may consider in finding you're first good purchase, ( ***deep discounted purchase) is finding out what people  you would like to target .

Most of the seminars that will be advertised will be teasers designed to get deep into your pocket...so be very cautious.
