Forgery is a covered item in title insurance.. this to the tune of 15 MILLION Dollars.. they paid but after myself being grilled by the big boys from Miami  LOL.I have one going now on a land locked parcel.. my claim is 450k.. they need to buy me an easement or cut me a check.. they missed that my property was indeed landlocked..

If it's not sold yet there's probably a good reason why.3; Even if you could get the property under contract the end buyer you have in mind could cut you out of the deal.
