I’ve been researching BRRR and this is the strategy I’m the most interested in, however I’m unsure if flipping might be better in this market.  

Our relationships are much more customer driven and returns are much higher than existing inventory.

IM USING HARD MONEY SO THOSE MONTHLY INTREST ONLY PAYMENTS ARE KILLING ME ASWELL  A strategy we often use on properties like this is Rent to Own or Lease with Option to Own.
