We paid $25 for a totally custom designed company logo in multiple layouts, color schemes and with up to 7 revisions (I think we only needed 2 revisions.)

I have already had tenants contact the health department requesting the free lead inspection and came through with flying colors.

I believe that the kind of colors they use for interior and exterior of the house makes a huge difference in the amount of profit that the house would generate.

Generally if we're not using the color we've purchased during the Black Friday sale we'll go with the color what runs around $1.79 a square foot. 

Put new cabinet hardware in a more modern color (amazon).

When I rent a place , i dont see color , I dont see gender , I dont see race , I look at numbers .  

You need to know what rents in your area, but if you're hoping to only do a color change once every 10 years, in most parts of the country, it would be a terrible decision to go gray at this point.
