Does anyone know of a web site that shows what rentals rates and other stats on homes and multi family for area of a city or region?

A lot of the cities people are mentioning are good, but why not go check out Philly?

I haven't done Belleville but have done other cities and hope this helps:You have to talk to the Zoning office in Belleville and get info.

There are a lot of meetings all over the city/suburbs.
