Now, I don't know what your overall goals are or what you're planning on doing after high school.... whether you're going to college, pursuing another career, or would like to get into real estate full time... so I'm going to give you the overly in-depth answer that I wish I could have told my 18 year old self. 

Hey everyone--I am barely getting started with my real estate career and I am wondering how to handle selling my rental property!

It would be great to get into one with a high APR checking account to be able to earn interest on the money that is sitting in the account while I pay the loan off!

Eg. a thrift store owned by a non-profit will sell clothes, or if you are in need, you can work there and earn credit to pay for what you want. 

I want to use money I earn and put it to work in real estate investments.
