I need to get my feet wet and start my own campaign.  

So I've recently have been looking into starting my own yellow letter campaign, but can't seem to purchase any lists on listsource.com.

I am working on a list to start a marketing campaign next week.

I would like to begin with wholesaling, I purchased a list of about 1000 names, and getting prepared to launch my mailing campaign.

At bottom, though, this is a shout out to Bigger Pockets, without which none of this would have happenedI first connected with Jerry almost 3 years ago and partnered with him on a number of mailing campaigns.

There are also numerous strategies on how to locate owners of vacant properties, bandit signs (if they are legal in your area) yellow letter campaigns, etc.

@Kenneth Bradford That sounds like a fine plan.In my experience, the key to the process you are describing is consistency and persistence.Take it from somebody who actively pursued wholesaling: drove for dollars, created a mailer list, posted bandit signs and distributed two mailer campaigns.

Just having a brand and an image is what gave me the confidence to take further action in my marketing and mailing campaigns. 

My first direct mail campaign will be going out tomorrow not a large list but each absentee owner will get 5 touches all will be different yellow letter, postcard, red ink ,blue ink etc...Get on my buyer list for fresno before the calls start coming in.
