there was a case last winter in Vegas were the family pitt decided to go after the mom in the house for what they said was no reason.. latched on was doing a number to her and the son came in and shot the dog to get it off of her but the bullet went through said dog and through her leg.. she survived but when you have to shot a dog to get them to release.. ????

Inspect the panel see if it is up to code ,you will need a code person to check off on the work .If he /she flunks it find why and fix  the issue ,might be a fine in there you will need to bite the bullet get this behind you .

Mostarrorneys will likely use the local realtor contract, or something similar.Yes, just give him bullet points on all the relevant items.....price, EM, financing contingency date, inspection period, closing date, etc.You bring your executed contract to your lender, you could get the actual application and fill it out before hand though, once you have firmed up the numbers.Don’t the cost for using the attorney for this part, probably $500, plus whatever their normal “review period” fees are.
