They want a normal listing, which means they're going to get 3% of the sales price, split with their broker.

As a licensed mortgage broker and funding source for these transactions I will not fund them without full disclosure and am not aware of other transactional lenders that will either.

My broker is up on Cheatham County though. 😊

Thanks for bringing that up @Ben Zimmerman i do plan on upsizing my family, my mortgage broker brought the second FHA loan to my attentions so thats what my plan was but regardless of how i will absolutely make it happen.
