The brand new siding (installed June/July 2019) is melting above the front door.

Asking because brand new manufactured homes are half that around here.

The faucet could have leaked because it was 20 years old or it could be brand new and the tenant did something to make it leak. 

You’re most likely never going to appreciate and not cash flow that well either after brand new construction ??

This is my first place but my eyes are opening to the fact that renters might care more about the $100 price difference than a brand new kitchen. 

I am brand new and do not own any property yet, but my fiancé and I are going to buy our first property when our lease is up in July.

Most of the properties were brand new. 

There are brand new cabinets, appliances, water heater, HVAC, windows, concrete countertops, original hardwood floors, tile bathroom, tile kitchen backsplash, and huge backyard, Just to name a few.

(Not interested in 203k loan due to difficulty level/finding broker to help).If it is worth anything the home may appraise for slightly more now as it has a brand new furnace/HVAC and white 6ft perimeter vinyl fence since the last appraisal in April 2019.
