@Andrei Bortnov is an amazing agent who only works with investors (no first time homebuyers etc) in the Twin Cities and has access to a lot of off market deals.

According to the info he has provided the properties have amazing cash flow and this is a great deal.At the end of the day though, for you all as investors, if you all did not obtain tax returns or at least CPA prepared financials then you all would likely pass because it is a huge red flag?

I have high goals and aspirations to build a successful business and finding people who want to be a part of that would be amazing.
