Examples: the lines run up an exterior wall, they run through an uninsulated area of the basememt/crawlspace, there is a crack or opening in the wall that is next to a line, etc.Make sure to keep the sink base cabinet doors open to allow warmer air to circulate there so hopefully the faucet won't freeze and cause even more damage.You should call another plumbing service provider to see if you can get work done sooner.

With cabinets, usually keeping them open to allow the warm room air in helps.

Cape cods are infamously poorly ventilated...they take a lot of effort and air balancing to get proper climate control....The cathedral ceiling play won't add any value...plus, you only have a foot of space to gain for the $15,000 you'll spend to open the ceiling.

I have noticed when one of the dryer is in operation the exhaust air makes its' way to other dryers as well when it is traveling to the main outside exhaust causing one of the dryer to get foggy.
