If they're actually in good shape but I just don't have a need, I'll sell them for a "steal" price just to move them.Just be prepared for a flood of e-mails/texts/calls/whatever and be prepared for the "Can you hold it, I'll be there at 9pm" people.

The listing broker is supposed to carry out the wishes of a seller with fiduciary duty UNLESS the request is unlawful or otherwise misleading with a material fact.I am surprised the real estate commission would just let you e-mail a complaint.
