My worries comes to play cause I jus brought my house last yrs with a fha loan.

I'm not super wealthy, but I do have some spoils of the trade to play with.I live in Malden, and have been educating myself to get into flips and rentals (loving BRRRR) in the area (Melrose, Medford, Malden, Everett, Saugus, Lynn, Stoneham, Reading, Woburn, etc.).I have never officially invested in real estate, but I have owned first and second homes for many moons, and they have been good to me so far.I've learned enough in my studies to know that real estate investment in this area and time is far from a no-brainer. 

When I see a good drop like today on volume of about 2B, I may buy some.Curious if you have any thoughts on the price slide of bitcoin since this thread was last active in August, J? 

Let them know that you're not going to play that game because they no longer will  own the property. 

I have been more active on the forums recently and I have noticed a common thread present and that is people like myself or in similar situations.

@Sharon EvansSorry for disappearing... haven't been as active on BP the past couple of weeks.A lot of people recommend the BP Directory, but I've noticed that it's missing a lot of lenders. 

It has taken me years to change my approach from the "sit and wait" to actively finding deals.
