She is moving for a job at the university here and is a Vetrinarian. 

We want to attract better clients to the property.Location: This is in a C+/B- area in Lafayette, IN relatively close to a large university (although, we aren't sure if students will be looking to live in this area).

As a scientist I love to discover a constant underlying ratio in the universe ;)

Top ranked universities - There are 7 top 50 US News ranked schools within 128. 

Keep in mind, you will still need at least 10% down.Private lenders fall into two categories, accredited and non-accredited.

Plus one of the top 2-3 largest universities in America, driving amazing medical research.

You CAN 1031 into a DST- but you have to be an accredited investor.
