Do you use a software program or are you digging various websites and compiling longhand?

So I put a hold to the websites and the software which in total was more than $150.00 a month not including the $300 a month we spend on Rich Dad a month.

On average I spend about 30 minutes on this each day.Market research and analysis is one of my favorite activities and involves playing around with the MLS portal, playing around with a bit of software called Trendgraphix, and perhaps reading a short article or 2 on something related to real estate.

Now that we are trying to grow we are implement systems and operating procedures through the use of management software.  

I am a software engineer who, like many others here, wanted to stop renting and start accumulating equity. 

I'm not looking for property management software. 

As a consequence, we send out receipts when we download transactions into our accounting software to reconcile; the exception being those tenants who are using RentMoola, since the RentMoola site generates a receipt automatically.

I have also tried to utilize a software system called RehabValuator but am not to impressed with its documents.  

Looking for multifamily software for buildings of 36-100 units.
