As a fiduciary, the limited/managed risk actually limits their options.I THINK at least a fee based advisor won't be "pushing" in certain securities/funds that (s)/he gets a commission. 

Yes, there are limited neighborhoods where it is walkable but I would not be selling that aspect.  

The reason being most lenders cannot do rural properties and you'd be limited to local conventional financing.
