I know it's hard to find good places to meet new people because of all the scammers and spammers out there.I'm very excited to be a part of this group as it's obvious they do a great job vetting members here.I'm starting a promotion today where I'm giving away my Porsche to the 16th investor who buys a property from me.

We are looking to collect all the "hustler"investors in our area to share the enthusiasm for investing with each other and to promote investing to the Millenial generation.

@Carlo Rodriguez,I'm the "voice of dissent" here.I promote the idea that one should invest for income to pay off the debts.

And I understand where that frustration comes from and it comes from mainly wannabe investors that spent a ton of money on some BS GURU course, and even if it was legit, these wannabes then try to take shortcuts, as I hope these "guru" courses are not promoting that people try to sell property they don't own.I completely agree that nobody should be trying to sell something they don't control.

I am sure we could help eachother out.The credit card idea they were promoting I think was more of an approach to jack up the CC so we could buy the mastery course.  

I'm sure it happens all the time everywhere (thank you for making me realizing that too).Finally, if you are in any way shape or form suggesting that I'm promoting investing in the Caribbean because I'm selling developments there, here's my reply.
