Purchase price: $553,000 Cash invested: $15,000 Beach House/STR What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I was reading through the landlord tenant guide for Virginia Beach and came across:Every nonresident property owner shall appoint and continuously maintain an agentwho (i) if such agent is an individual, is a resident of the Commonwealth, or if such agentis a corporation, limited liability company, partnership, or other entity, is authorized totransact business in the Commonwealth and (ii) maintains a business office within theCommonwealth.This makes it seem like  you have to have a property manager. 

For example, is this a beach home? 

I tried handling the situation like I would if I was on a beach drinking my morning coffee.
