I'm still wet behind the ears and looking for my first deal.I started up a window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning business August 2016 but that was under my Father-in-law on his books, and I started up officially under my own business license in February 2017. 

Laws often restrict ownership of property by foreigners, meaning you may not be able to own more than 49% of a property.

You can also deny on habitability limitations (# of people vs # of bedrooms), a consistent no pet policy if they have a pet,  Megan's Law registrants, ex convicts on parole or Sec 8 applications if you do not want to do the work they request after their inspection.

Then during the summer they personally get to enjoy the homes for practically free.I do not know any realtors in that area to recommend but would start by spending a weekend there and drawing circles around the areas you are interested in.

There have never been any law enforcement calls to or about my residence, or anything else that might reasonably explain someone being "angry or vindictive" towards me or other members of my family.But...

Currently when the renovation costs are included we are seeing all-in costs of $1800-2500 per m2.Credit is still not practical, although the central bank did lower interest rates 0.5% recently.
