It's my family's first rental property.

I am trying to rent out my first unit and I had a question regarding what to charge the tenant.

I get told the word “Patience” everyday and it becomes more and more prevalent every time I hear it. 

The purchase price is $275,000 and contains 1 commercial space on the first floor (convenience store) and five apartment units on the second floor. 

I looked into RLS after first reading a post by Scott Smith a few weeks ago.

We're finalizing the acquisition of our first duplex and just had our inspection.
