You need to think outside the box and maybe you can close them using another creative strategy - win-win - cha-ching!

Even if I believed their numbers (and I never do), right out of the box this "deal" FAILS as a rental AND as a flip!

I'm looking to hire a runner to pick up signs, lock boxes, to post vacate and other notices on tenants doors (which can be scary sometimes), and to do a basic interior walk through on our rentals a few times per year.

Essentially the underwriters need to check off the boxes to originate a loan that can be sold.

You need to know how old all of the following items in the house are:   a - Electrical (including the wiring, openings, and box)   b - Plumbing (pipes, drains, fixtures, bathroom, toilet and path from, etc...)
