It's basically a process by which the regulatory body lays out a list of things that need to be corrected. 

I’ve got 3 refinances coming up (one closing Friday) by June which should free up plenty enough to go shopping with.

When I’m studying a new market for my company, I’ll spend hours driving streets taking notes of what I’m seeing:- Where are the demand drivers (employers, large retail power centers/shopping)- What is the development pipeline in the area?  

In Rochester we have a pretty active group (FREIA) as well as a lot of little spin off factions of individuals that like to get together and talk shop.

., speaking of time of year, a HVAC unit that was inspected in the winter and the differential was AOK, was inspected for a closing in the summer and had to be completely replaced (4k-that I wasn't supposed to have to spend), drainage issues on the property and water intrusion......no body really inspects for drainage issues prior to closing, especially when it's a dryer time of year, then BOOM the rain hits and water is coming in over the foundation because water is not being routed correctly around the house.

I can't say I've found a one-stop shop when getting started, but there are many resources available (including BP).

your governmental body would probably have a position on what they allow, but i typically see an rv or two in mob parks, but not so much the other way around, as rv spots are much smaller and typically would not have the amperage requirements to run a full sized home.
