Question 1: Should I, as new investor, consider diving into mobile home wholesaling for a promising start in real estate?

Hello~ Welcome to BP and to wholesaling.  

I'd be grateful for any advice or help from anyone else wholesaling from Canada.

Investment Info:

Other wholesale investment.

Purchase price: $19,000

Sale price: $20,000

This is one of two lots I got under contract in Port Charlotte, FL from the same seller.

I've been wholesaling real estate for 2 years.

Just want to get going because I believe this is something I would be good atI am looking to start by wholesaling in the Chicago-land area and I know you need a RE license for that which I am currently debating on.

Can you tell me whether you did wholesaling or fix/flip and whether all the deals done local to your area?

If it's flipping, wholesaling, single family, STR or self-storage surround yourself with local people doing that thing at a high level.
