Part of what makes this a "web" site is that things can be hyperlinked throughout, without having to duplicate each bit of the detail that was in the original contribution.

Anyway... from an investor stand point I can't wait to get into the market.I consider myself relatively web savvy.

If i did a quick cheap web cam video of the properties or units I was selling, would that promote sales?

Maybe you can just find some web sites that let you list land online, or just put them on ebay and see what happens .. you can also create signs around town that say "land for sale" .. with a number and directions, maybe an address ... post in forums, and local bulletin boards around town ..
