THANK YOU @Manolo D.The building is not in austin, IN FCAT it will be in one of those rural area, very small town. however the city is working pretty well with the builders here. for example the new building construction near austin would take 12months -14months and here would take max with weather condition delay 8 month ( but usually 6month).

There is 4 weeks for drawing plans and design time, client review time, time to acquire the land, plot survey, permit time, then build time of 6 to 8 months and then any construction delays due to weather etc.

In case your building is a very small building, install a lock box in hallways, a place that is a bit protected of the weather and not being in plain view.
