We have a meeting with the vice president of the bank and he asked us to bring property profiles of our rentals and flips to present to him so that he can see what type of deals we have done.Does anyone know how to put one together?

Funny since I don't even know him and vice versa.

That keeps my name off official documents (the LLC was formed as manager-managed vice member-managed).

So with check in hand I go downstairs to the 4 police cars and the Captain is asking me how much this eviction costs since his buddy is spending bucks trying to do the same thing on a rental out in Hawaii Kai. $155 to court, $40 to my bar buddy and the promise of a disposal installation to my BP buddy.Check is cashed.  

So what's happening in my market might not be happening in yours and vice versa.  

My favorite time to buy in a market is when they are selling and vice-versa. 

I make a point of saying hi and letting residents get a feel for who I am, (and oh so vice versa!).
