We instituted several things about 9 years ago- we put 12 filters in the house with dates on them and then take a time stamped photo of them being provided, now 9 years later, we use a company called second nature to mail and deliver them to our properties (right at the front doorstep), they have a date and logo on them, as well as being charged to the resident as a part of our resident benefit package.This way, if there is a problem with them not doing what they are supposed to do, the cost of repair, cleaning etc… are all on them.

BTW, the BP logo that appears over a users pic, which I assume is meant to show PRO status, just says "Biggerpockets Logo" when you hover over it.

Get a logo, print a polo with your logo on it.

Mandel & Ogden will lease up their units then move to the next big headline, but the mom & pop retail shop that poured $100k into a new facade, logo, image or equipment are screaming loud and clear they are there for the foreseeable future. 

We started out with Cutco knives with our logo on them, but that is too pricy.

I've started looking at sites such as CrowdSpring that create logos, social media assets, business cards, taglines, company names, etc.

Bruh I'm gonna trademark it as a logo.

@Daniel DeSurra I recommend using your personal name on the front of the envelope and then use your business logo inside of the envelope.

I've been sending probate letters within company logo, contact info, etc with a very low response rate to letters and follow up postcards.If I switch to this more personal letter, wonder if I should give out my cell or allow the calls to funnel through my business line.Appreciate any feedback-FQ
