.,,,..As I stared open mouth I silently thought, “Nobody would believe this, this has got to be the rarest, most unbelievable occurrence ever.”The unicorn read my mind and said (In ancient Hebrew)......”If you think this is rare, try passing a Section 8 inspection the first time around, now that is a truly rare and unbelievable experience.”Anyway.....I’ve had section 8 inspections here in the Bay Area in Concord and Oakland as well as Cleveland Ohio,...either me or the pm had a oreinsoectuin checklist each time, and each time we failed the first inspection because they always find something that is not on the checklist to ding you on.

And your knowledge of that city being a good place to buy rentals.As an example of where NOT to buy look at zillow rentals filter on just house, 3/2: Macon, Miledgeville these are both dead cities and 3/2 houses rent for: $800 ish (unbelievably!!)
