Don't assume that it is.If a liability claim ever arises against you for injury or death on your property - and it DOES happen - your risk management will be intensely scrutinized by a plaintiff attorney and potentially a judge or jury.

I started in the land business so I do have a lot of background knowledge at it.I have also been trying to buy a longer term cash flow asset and with rates were they are and cap rates out our way ( at least asking) at 4 to 5 to 6 they still dont make sense. but we are starting to see some 7s so if we can offer and get 8 on a nice project I hope to pull the trigger this year.

I have questions into them on whether they would cover it if the commercial policy denies it.Here's the exact language of the exclusion - "This insurance does not apply to animals "bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of the ownership, use, loading or unloading, handling, or demonstration of domestic or wild animals, including but not limited to dogs.
