Hi all,As the title says, I’m an aspiring investor in the triangle area (Durham/Cary/Raleigh).

I'm looking for a good accountant, preferably in the Plano, Denton, McKinney triangle. 

Especially around the Triangle area, as I'm sure you know.

To install the Nail Plates, you should just be able to nail them in to the stud as they will have a small nail on both sides or triangle that will secure it to the wood on either side.I used Nail Plants for my kitchen. 

No one was ever taught the basics of Finance, Accounting, Taxes, Investment accounts, IRAs, Real Estate, Interest, Credit Cards etc in school.School taught us some random war was in 1852 and what an Isosceles triangle is.

It's possible the duplex lot exists due to a mortgage description, but in the deed still includes the rear triangle.

I'm sure it varies by state and MLSs, but in order for an agent to put a listing on the Triangle NC MLS, they have to have a signed listing agreement with the seller.
