Looking for an accountant

I'm looking for a good accountant, preferably in the Plano, Denton, McKinney triangle. My current situation is a single person LLC from which I do software consulting. That's growing to the point that professional help is appropriate. The reason I'm asking here is in the last quarter of 2020, I'll be hunting for my first BRRRR deal and I'd rather have a relationship with an accountant that can help me make the most of things on that side going forward.

My solo search hasn't turned up a group I'm really happy with.  Reaching out the community seemed like the next step.

Also, if anyone has solid resources on "how to hire X" for professional services, I'd be interested.
