For instance one of my markets in SC  the city is in the process of changing the zoning in the old industrial area to multi use commercial resi  with all sorts of development bonus for Leed  open space,, electric cars  bike paths etc.. transform and entire area.. what has been a waste land last 20 years will now become a new utopia  and the developers smart enough and expeirnced enough  to partake will do very well I predictAnd we cannot underestimated the value of networking and gaining a power position in one's field ... once a person or company gets to a certain level ( that they busted their butt to get to ) its amazing how the deals find you...

Making sure the thermostat is working, checking the transformer on the circuit board, changing the pilot light module or heat sensor. 

This will completely transform the look of the cabinets at minimal cost.The layout isn't too bad.

The hipsters have been a growing trend for the last 5 years or so I was amazed at the transformation of lower Manhattan and Brooklyn by the hipsters.I think you are on the right track but as soon as the establishment identifies a movement it can quickly morph into something else.

I have also done several historic homes in the past (not historic register or limited in that way) and love to see the transformation.

I enjoy learning and seeing something transformed into more.

They are all predominantly media outlets unless you are dedicated to transforming the way you work.

It is also synonymous with the 'Cloud' and wisdom of 'Crowds' which are very popular in the IT space which is transforming businesses everywhere in radical ways.2.

On the subject of the flip it's a great transformation & the experience usually is the most value you get.I recently had fellow investors complain that they spent 3 months working on a rehab only to clear $10k between 3 guys.
