The cost is $25/ticket - well worth it even for a tourist attraction, you learn so much about Atlanta and its history along the way.

It makes a little bit of difference on big-ticket items, like buying a car.

Looks like they want to sign members up and sell them conference tickets. lol.

Therefore we really don't accept anyone minus a speeding ticket etc.

The big ticket items in Atlanta when something goes wrong tend to be water in the basement or crawlspace or having to dig up the septic system.    

If not you will notice a shift in attitude.Instead we tie good tenant behavior to a discount in rent, movie tickets or something that says "we appreciate that you are a good tenant".

Ironically, the high w2 earnings may be the ticket out as you will be more likely to get the loans on the investment properties with those great earnings and reserves.....two years may be  challenge to replace all your earnings but you could get started.
