Today, I emailed and called again.

There is a banner on the top that states "Listing cannot be published without a Zillow Advertising Contract," I filled it out but have gotten no email confirmation or estimated time of completion. 

We use text, email and our tenant portal to communicate with the tenants. 

So, I ended up increasing there rent from 950 to 1100... contract signed, took effect 10/1 .. section 8 already paid a portion of it $1050, she owes remaing $50... anyway.. after they signed the contract a week later they sent me an email giving 60 day notice and are planning on moving out 12/1   ughhh

This prompted a temporary pause to renovations.

Just now the tenant has emailed saying that they would like to move in Nov 1st instead, to make sure they have the full amount needed to move in.

How would I do that - send them a formal invoice or request, or can it be less formal like a simple email?
