For the purposes of most of this forum, folks have their own RM systems developed and tailored to their specific portfolio's.

Tailor it to the prospect.It's a lot of work I know.

I could have done it myself, but I wanted personal advice tailored to my unique situation and business strategies.

When you call the different leads, is your general script used for every type of lead or do you tailor that general script to each clientele?

My experience has been small community banks (typically under $1 billion in assets) are more suited to tailoring products to fit the needs of their communities.Hope this helps.

Even so, it cost a couple thousand and required daily watering for six weeks before we could back off, particularly with this summer's heat.I'm amazed that there haven't been landscaping companies that have come up with a plan that are tailored to investors with designs that are zero maintenance in year 5, say.  

Its all a matter of your personal risk preference in deciding upon what mix is tailored for any one individual. 

You can tailor it to do what you want and the self tracking makes you more involved and accountable.

Given the size of your portfolio and what are you looking to grow to I actually recommend you make the switch to a full service platform tailored for landlords.
