I'm also subscribed to SmartBrief and a few other RE digital subscriptions to help with keeping my ear to the ground. 

I subscribe to one agents email MLS notifications set for my parameters, then scan the local newspaper for foreclosures, visit the county courthouse weekly (pre COVID) for listings, monitor several auction sites and if I'm driving locally I call the # on many sale/rent yard signs to understand pricing.

Since, pre-foreclosure properties seem to be an opportune source for potential deals, I subscribed to an MLS search site that provides property foreclosure/pre-foreclosure information. 

I subscribe the a buy & hold strategy and have thus far moved into each unit and spend my nights and weekends renovating where needed.My goal is to increase the scale of my portfolio over the short term and am looking forward to making as many connections in the community as possible.If you are a fellow investor in the area or just feel like providing some advice, please do not hesitate to reach out!

Sucks having to subscribe to two MLS's though.

Hi my names Eran and i live in brooklyn. what i do is find destressed, rehabbed or houses that are in the process of foreclosure and buy the deeds. my main problem is actually locating and getting intouch with the current owners. im subscribed to 2 people finding websites, beenverified and intelius (which are good but dont really locate most people accurately). my question is does anyone know of a different or maybe better way of finding and getting intouch with these property owners.thanks!
