If you do fight to keep it, and go down (which you most certainly will), the term, "an unpitied sacrifice in a contemptible struggle" comes to mind.Sell it, use the money to set your net worth on an increasing trajectory, turn that inheritance into something positive.I'm sorry to be giving you this advice.

Not because it would only attract low class purchasers.I've learned that making a place a little nicer than average, going slightly under max possible rent and truly screening tenants has lessoned all the negatives and resulted in long-term good tenants.on the negative:If you want to use these properties for a portfolio loan or any other kind for that matter your struggle is a lot more intense possible but harder.

I’d struggle to come up with the 3.5-5% down on an fha or other low down options. 

@David Lecko I wanted to add that I like the app so far, but the pricing is something I'm struggling with because you charge a flat rate every month and on top of that still charge for every mailer sent out.

I also wanted to share it just in case somebody else is struggling it’s OK to struggle everybody makes mistakes and even when you lose everything I mean I was sitting there in March 2020 with a huge lawsuit I took about 150 grand put it into options and lost that too. yeah that was pretty stupid.
