Tell your friends and family (strangers too) what you are doing.You mentioned that many wholesalers fail due to an insufficient buyers list.

You do not want to pray that the docs you drafted on your own or with input from online strangers holds up in court. 

Many people have told me to just how lawns so that I can work on my own time but honestly I'd rather be working at a place such as McDonald's or a retail store because if not only teaches you great social skills which I lack and need to get better at but it can make you more outgoing and make you more confident around strangers.

For a 3/2, if you would rent per room @ say $400, does this mean the each person understands they may be living with a stranger if you don't get people that know one another and agree to the terms.I'm a little confused on how a room is rented out of a whole house. :-)
