Look at some rental listings in your market.....With new appliances, I leave on the stickers and stuff (on purpose) so I can tell the tenant they will be the first to use it... new ones can add pop, sizzle and wow factor and make your unit rent faster for less vacancy time (which can be just as good or better than slightly higher rent)

:-)      it could get extremely complicated.For some people electric scooter is necessary.If you are so worried about fire hazard, bring them fire extinguisher , create sticker "save your money don't pay too high for utility bills" and place it in the fridge,etc.

i put an ADP sign up on the front of the house and put up security stickers on the windows...leave the lights on outside always. never had a robbery...hope i never do. sorry these punks did this to you. wish we could camp out together & bust their a$$.

That can also be a disservice to your tenants if you fall so far behind where the market rent is that then when they eventually have to move out for some reason, they have sticker shock at what they're going to have to pay somewhere else.

Hey @Daniel Mendez I will say that a lot of folks that come here suffer from sticker shock when I tell them purchase price points across asset classes...that said, there is still a lot of room in C-class areas that are heading to C+ and on to B-class as transition grows.
