For a female who has been managing large construction projects for 25 years I was someone no body wanted not even to dig ditchs or scrub toilets and I wudda taken ANYTHING for any amount of pay, I would have worked for raman noodles if someone would have offered it.

Queue the stunned silence.I guess our old outdoorsy tenant wasn't satisfied with the 3 (yes, THREE) perfectly good toilets in the house, and decided to make a DIY toilet in the back yard.For the next few hours she texted me some very colorful comments about our old tenants while spraying dish soap she had brought along all over the concrete and scrubbing it out as best she could.

If I cleaned the apts...I mean really cleaned them...got down on my hands and knees and scrubbed the toilet bases for example....I wouldn’t want 100 units.

@Kevin H. out of town ALWAYS looks better on paper than it actually performs - doesn't mean it doesn't work - just means you need to really scrub the due diligence and have the absolute right people in place.I agree Denver is difficult right now but I am still seeing deals that make enough sense to buy.
