We have these accordion style doors (pics below with all our tools in the room) to the washer and dryer room and they are old and seem out of style.

I figure just check public records but is there a quicker way so I can just scan properties?

R&M / Capex : The building appears to be in okay shape from the pics but one heavy turnover can easily cost $3-5k or more.

I use google drive, google sheets for accounting, and an amazing app called cam scanner to collect receipts and scan other documents that I can upload into google drive.

The problem is that 50% of the walls in the house are covered with particle board (like the stuff in the pic, I found that on google; not from the house) and painted over with glossy paint. 

The house was there on the market for close to 300 days.We got the inspection report and it showed that there is a plumbing issue (leak from the master bathroom, see attached pic), which looks like a red flag to me but my realtor (might be biased to closing this deal) has asssured that this is not a major issue and can be fixed.I have requested the seller to fix the leak plus bunch of other minor stuff in the request for repairs.

Every once in awhile I scan the forums to see what people are talking about and I scan zillow and other websites for deals.

I know i got a nasty gram from the state when i proposed to do just one loan for someone.. and its next to impossible to find a guy like me NMLS licensed and state licensed to write these small loans for others.. simply no money in it..not worth the time.when most RMLO s can work on a regular bigger loan and make 5 to 15k fee..
