They told us that the lines were backed up due to rice (and other rubbish) clogging the disposal/lines.

Seems like only a matter of time before prices rice in that area.

@Marion Rice depends what the rest of the numbers look like but I dislike condos primarily for this reason, I'd probably sell and find a better investment.

@Marion Rice Option 1 seems the best bet to me, especially if your duty takes you out of the area for extended periods and you aren't actually spending time with those roommates!

I like what you say, Devin, though I should point out that I invested in the Oak Terrace Preserve area (Park Circle, Charleston).

Personally I really Like Rice Lake, I think that town has a ton going for it. but Im a long way from there now, maybe when my kids are done with school in a few years I will spend a summer buying a couple and developing a team in the north west part of the state.
