What's your real estate resume thus far?

Stop retirement contributions, work like crazy, eliminate student loan debt, save up personal reserves, resume retirement investing, save enough for down payment on duplex, buy duplex.2. 

I’m guessing i should start searching for property management gigs and/or build a resume by getting some work done.

Looking for a resource to put together a professional resume.

Any potential business owner for that asset type you need to see their resume.

Mostly this was that so tenants wouldn't run extension cords through windows and doors... and partly it was so I could run my nuclear-powered lawn mower while I was doing rehab

I'm also an architectural engineer so I have experience with building systems and I believe that would help bulk up my resume in this situation.

Therefore, it could be a good idea to create an additional screening process for dogs, like a dog resume.

I've had a couple people submit resumes unsolicited just 'to be around REI' but they were over-qualified college graduates.
