If not then they are buying 3 beds at the cheaper price.I do not know your area.Appraisal means nothing so forget that. if you are not getting an appraisal for loan purposes the appraiser will massage the numbers to come close to your value.

I think the area your condo is in would have a lot of competition for them short term, maybe you could do a 3 month for ski season and try weekly/ nightly for the rest? Or
