I asked the lady is there was anything else regarding this mailing and she said that is all there was and that the bank may have not have recieved it and I said well there is no proof of mailing to which she hesitently agreed and recommended I talk to my attornery.My question is 2 fold:1.

So what did they sign,, if anything,, your "Holding Fee/ Security Deposit Agreement" document should list the terms of just that,, the apartment has been Held, money has been recieved, and it holds the apartment until move in, it becomes the security Deposit after they take occupancy.

It's a totally different loan product. i recieved cash over and above the cost of purchase and rehab based on ARV ....... that's cash out .....it may not be exactly like the traditional Cash out refi model but it was the same result 

They told me I could do wholesaling.When I'm meeting with a seller, and we have negotiated a price on the property.How would I ask for a contract for wholesaling.What should I do before I recieve a contract?
