It's good that you realize that its sometimes important to think before you act.

So in the future before you get on here and prove yourself to the arrogant know it all that you are displaying yourself to be maybe take a second to realize that you do not have all the information and are making assumptions about me and how I run my business.  

It was a struggle that opened my eyes and allowed me to realize that I needed to do something to make sure my family, loved ones and I didn’t have to work so hard for nothing in the end.

Regarding tax implications, If you buy it for say $1 then just realize that is your basis and whenever you sell it you are gonna get whacked on taxes.

For every newbie wholesaler who does 1-2 deals, there are 100 or more who spend their last dime on one month of marketing and don't realize how long it takes to get deals done. 95% of wholesalers are focused on the check and not the client so they aren't solution-oriented and miss the mark every day.
