I recently got out of AD and am full time in RE now, so I'm not sure if you want my response. lol As a real estate agent and investor in the Destin, FL market, I see a lot people struggling similar to @Alexander Schloe - There are still cash flowing deals to be had in the STR market, but they are just not as prevalent as they were 1-2 years ago.
