If first time home buyers are having a difficult time coming up with the funds for even the costs to play as a first time home buyer then are the non profits supposed to pay the buyers agent commission too? 

Your time is also worth a lot and if it is a long ways away that makes it harder. 

If they are elderly or disabled the court can grant them up to a year to remain in place (they do have to pay use and occupancy during that time).

This is the first time I've heard of a city or municipality doing something like this. 

Verified reviewers, reviews in the last year (or other time period), verified customers, reviewers with more than x reviews, reviews with more than just stars (written comments)?  

Or you could end up spending more time than just doing the work yourself. 

They're not bad people, and they do want to spend their time with loyal clients.
