I'm currently seeking:General Contractors, Electricians, Plumbers, Handy Man, General Labor, Painters, Floor refinishers, Landscapers.Trying to decide if I should tackle a complete reno as each apartment comes available or perform a buff and polish.  

Most attempt to daisy chain and are not polished.  

I like the idea of being rewarded according to the problem I’m solving.I’m 50% Polish: So I love getting a dealMy high-level goals for real estate are simple:1.

The lackluster customer service is disappointing because if they polish this by 20-30% more, this could be a great company long term. 

You can find great deals on Wayfair and Overstock for little things like faucets and hood ranges, small touches that really add polish and aesthetics without breaking the bank. 

They pics are typically more polished and refined than the actual unit.

Polished nicely there even is no need for a finished floor- the sub floor is the finished product!  

But polished does look nicer for most stones.I recently did a combination of flooring types on a home that is under contract now.

They can only raise the rate on the parking meter so high before the intestine stretcher at the Polish Sausage Factory wont park there anymore, so I guess they've moved on to double dipping landlords to pay for their "nuclear free zone" signs!

I've seen concrete floors stained and polished in commercial properties and heard of some people doing that to the slabs of their homes, but every example I have seen were dark and probably not attractive for every home, especially smaller ones without a lot of natural light.
